Udon Noodles With Peanuts
Ingredients:
- UDON wheat noodles, or gluten-free alternative
- 2 to 3 teaspoons KADOYA Japanese sesame oil
- 6 to 8 steamed snowpeas, sliced thinly
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon unsalted peanuts, chopped
Directions:
Prepare Udon noodles for 2-3. Cool to lukewarm. Blend with sesame oil and snowpeas. Add freshly ground pepper, and top with chopped peanuts.
Serves 2-3.
