Udon Noodles With Peanuts

Bowl of udon noodles with peanuts


  • UDON wheat noodles, or gluten-free alternative
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons KADOYA Japanese sesame oil
  • 6 to 8 steamed snowpeas, sliced thinly
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted peanuts, chopped


Prepare Udon noodles for 2-3. Cool to lukewarm. Blend with sesame oil and snowpeas. Add freshly ground pepper, and top with chopped peanuts.

Serves 2-3.
