Pasta With Spinach Pesto
Ingredients:
- BIONATURAE pasta
or gluten-free alternative - ½ cup cooked spinach, well drained
- 5 to 6 fresh Basil leaves
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ORGANIC VALLEY Parmesan cheese, grated
- pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare pasta of choice for 3-4, per directions on package. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve over hot pasta.
Serves 3-4.
