Pasta With Spinach Pesto

Ingredients:

  • BIONATURAE pasta
    or gluten-free alternative
  • ½ cup cooked spinach, well drained
  • 5 to 6 fresh Basil leaves
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ORGANIC VALLEY Parmesan cheese, grated
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare pasta of choice for 3-4, per directions on package. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Serve over hot pasta.

Serves 3-4.
