Tuna Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- about 4 cups cooked BIONATURAE penne rigate or pasta of choice
- 1 to 2 tablespoons COLAVITA organic olive oil
- 5oz. can or less NATURAL SEA Tuna fish in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons STAHLBUSH ISLAND FARMS frozen green peas, cooked
- 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- other vegetables, avocado, hard boiled egg, as desired
Directions:
Cook pasta. Rinse with cold water. Place in mixing bowl. Gently mix in olive oil. Add Tuna, peas, and onion. Season with pepper. Garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
