Tuna Pasta Salad

Wooden bowl of tuna pasta salad

Ingredients: 

  • about 4 cups cooked BIONATURAE penne rigate or pasta of choice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons COLAVITA organic olive oil
  • 5oz. can or less NATURAL SEA Tuna fish in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons STAHLBUSH ISLAND FARMS frozen green peas, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • other vegetables, avocado, hard boiled egg, as desired

Directions:

Cook pasta. Rinse with cold water. Place in mixing bowl. Gently mix in olive oil. Add Tuna, peas, and onion. Season with pepper. Garnish with cherry tomatoes. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Serves 4.
